The Castleton-on-Hudson Comprehensive Plan Committee continues to meet monthly to discuss current issues and opportunities, with each meeting dedicated to a specific topic. February’s meeting focused on Housing, while the March meeting was all about Transportation.
The Village of Castleton-on-Hudson has been fortunate to be the recipient of a Technical Assistance Grant from the Capital District Regional Planning Commission (CDRPC). The recent discussions around housing and transportation issues were informed by detailed data analysis performed by CDRPC and their partner agency, the Capital District Transportation Council (CDTC). Staff from both agencies were in attendance at the meetings and shared the results of their analysis with the group.
Once finalized, a copy of the report will be posted on the web site and included in the updated Comprehensive Plan as an Appendix. Stay tuned for more info!
